The value of the food was great and the taste was really good as well. The staff is very friendly.

Has roaches on the table and kitchen. The owners are hateful. They bring a dog to work and leave it in the kitchen very unprofessional. Also it's like a day care in there. All of there kids stay there in the day time

I have always loved a fish sandwich, still remember the very first one I tried, in the early '50s at California Sandwich Shop on Hamburger Square. I noticed that Frost's was advertising "The Best Fish Sandwich" in town, so I had to try one. Since one can not live by fish alone, I added a Chili Dog & a chopped BBQ Sandwich.
The hot dog is one of the better ones in the Greensboro area, and it did not disappoint this time. The BBQ Sandwich was more than a little off, not at all fresh tasting, and was so finely minced it was more like a spread. The BBQ here has never been exceptional, but generally it is passable for a quick BBQ fix, but not this time - probably my last buy here.
Now, the fish sandwich was very, very good, and while I'm not sure it is the best in town (both Hop's & Jake's Billiards make a great fish sandwich, and Roddy's does at times), it is definitely very good, and is very well sized.
All in all, a nice neighborhood diner with good breakfast choices, sandwiches, and some daily special plate options. -

Great for a quick stop off the internet if you don't want a chain restaurant. Friendly service and great, home cooked food.

Ol' Frosty's does a pretty good breakfast I must say. I haven't been by here in a long long time until recently. Stopped by on Saturday morning and had a pretty awesome omelette called "The Dump Truck". It has your choice of ham, bacon or sausage, I chose bacon, and is also packed with green peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese then covered in gravy served with toast or biscuit. The omelette was cooked perfect and loaded, the gravy was great with a good black pepper flavor. I'd definitely stop back by for the Dump Truck. I also had a gravy biscuit, the gravy was great, I didn't really care for the biscuit itself as they are the heat & serve type biscuits, not scratch made. My 7 year old sidekick had different opinion on the biscuits, he said his sausage, egg & cheese biscuit was AWESOME.
Aside from omelettes and biscuits, they do breakfast plates, sandwiches, pancakes and French toast on the breakfast menu.
